We had a fantastic experience at Best Western Plus Ja Hotel. the hotel had a lot of personality, with its ship-like interior on the second and third floors. the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located near a department store and close to the town square and pier. the windows provided great soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful stay. the room was cozy, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of high-quality options. We also appreciated the free coffee, tea, pastries, and fruits available throughout the day. we highly recommend this hotel.

The low ceiling in the room was a downside. the bed was positioned in an area with a lowered ceiling, and I hit my head twice really hard while getting up.

Walking to marine museum karlskrona was easy, as it took only 5 minutes. Moderate prices, no complaints whatsoever: D

The room was fine. It even had a small sitting area with a wing chair and a table. Unfortunately there was only room for one chair. The location is in the middle of the city and close to a harbour where round trips start. A parking garage is in the immediate vicinity. It is public, but you can book it through the hotel.

The hotel offers no other comfort. Even the request for a cappucino at the bar remained unfulfilled due to the lack of equipment. From time to time the age of the house becomes noticeable. Thus, at one window of two, the handle to open it has been torn off and not replaced again. In the shower there is a soap dispenser, but it is empty. So you have to take a small bottle with shower gel from the sink, no problem if you knew that the dispenser is empty. And an impertinent wish: some German programs on TV would not have been bad, of course. All in all the house stays below the standard I expect from the chain.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Ja Hotel for a weekend getaway. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city and waterfront. The cozy room was perfect for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provided helpful information prior to arrival. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a variety of options, including fresh fruit. Another bonus was the free snacks and drinks available throughout the day. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for an extra night. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Bathroom was a disaster. It was old and dirty with mold in the show and a broken door.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to access various places such as the town square and the pier for the archipelago boat rides. guests can find a shopping mall next to the hotel, making shopping easy. the breakfast served is exquisite, as mentioned by some previous guests.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is open without a password, which can be a concern for some guests since it may affect the internet speed if too many people use it simultaneously.

Great location near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Cleanliness was excellent. Parking was available nearby.

The room at Best Western Plus JA Hotel Karlskrona was so cozy! The beds from Jensen were super comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the seating area, it was great for relaxing and chilling with the family. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower and hairdryer. The desk and flat-screen TV were really convenient too.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the sofa in the double room. It just didn't seem as comfy as the rest of the room.

Located in the heart of the town, it’s very convenient to explore the city’s shops and restaurants on foot from here. the room is okay to stay for a couple of nights with basic facilities. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is decently prepared and replenished.

The hotel has no parking lots available, causing guests to park their cars far away and pay hefty fees.

The double room at Best Western Plus JA Hotel Karlskrona was so cozy and inviting with its comfortable bed and a soothing seating area! I absolutely loved the relaxed vibe it gave off. As a disabled guest, I felt truly at ease in this room.

The only downside for me was the desk in the room. It was a bit too small for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

We loved the central location of this hotel, which is situated right next to a department store and in a shopping mall.
